Returns | Refunds | Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The return must be submitted within 30 days of order receipt. Custom designs and orders are not eligible for return unless damage occurs in transit.

If a product arrives damaged, a claim must be submitted within 5 days from receipt of shipment. Photographs of the damage must be submitted with the claim. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Returns due to damage will be replaced or refunded. A merchandise credit (valid for one year from issue date) will be issued for all other approved returns.

  • Order #

  • Phone 

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the damaged product

Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days (time varies by credit card merchant.)

To return your product, email us at for a return shipping address. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of return, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is received, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
